Pilates on the Ball
Strengthen your core muscles including your abdominal muscles, back muscles, and muscles around the pelvis. You can do many core strength exercises with a fitness ball. It adds challenge and variety to your exercise program.

Pilates Mat will give you the support to stick with it and ensure you are doing everything right. In this class you will learn movements like plank, side planks and core exercises to build your muscles and core strength.
